يُفضل تقديم طلب مكتوب باللغة الإنجليزية للموظف لضمان وضوح الرغبة وسرعة المعالجة:

Dear Officer,

I, the undersigned, [اكتب اسمك الكامل هنا كما في الجواز], holder of ARC number [اكتب رقم ملفك الـ ARC], would like to formally express my intention to return voluntarily to my home country, Syria.

I wish to withdraw my application for international protection and any ongoing appeals. I am requesting to be included in the Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) program to benefit from the flight arrangements and the financial reintegration assistance provided.

ثالثاً: نصائح عند الذهاب

1. المواعيد: تفتح أغلب المكاتب الحكومية أبوابها للجمهور من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 2:30 ظهراً. يُفضل الذهاب باكراً جداً لتجنب الانتظار.

2. المترجم: إذا كنت لا تتقن الإنجليزية أو اليونانية، يمكنك مراجعة مكتب MiHUB أولاً؛ فهم يقدمون خدمة الترجمة والمساعدة مجاناً للمهاجرين.

3. إثبات الشخصية: تأكد من اصطحاب "الورقة البيضاء" وأي وثيقة تثبت هويتك (حتى لو كانت منتهية الصلاحية).
